Order Cancellation:


You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team promptly with your order details for cancellation requests. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.


Refunds:


We offer refunds on products returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.


Returns Process:


If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:


Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.


Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accompanying documentation.


Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Refund Processing:


Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items:


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund based on the situation.


Order Modifications:


We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, modifications or changes to orders (including address changes) may not be possible after the order is placed. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.


Cancellation by Dreams Lingerie:


Dreams Lingerie reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
